Put Your Jeans In The Freezer!

Do your jeans smell? Save money by putting them in a freezer to get rid of the odours!

Constant washing damages clothes and can wear them out prematurely.

So if your jeans are bit smelly what can you do?

Apparantly the answer is simple, you freeze them!  You put your jeans in to a bag, a plastic bag is ok but a cloth bag is probably better as it will allow them to breathe, and then put them in to the freezer before you go to bed. Make sure you don’t leave your phone or keys in the pockets 🙂

Usually the bacteria that causes the jeans to smell in the first place transfers from the skin to the jeans. Freezing kills the bacteria leaving your jeans odur free.

This trick also works for other items of clothing too, like gym shirts.

If your dad is Gordon Ramsay, this might not be the best idea and I would not recommend doing this. For the rest of us, as long as you tell others who you share the freezer with exactly what you are doing and why, they might not think you have lost the plot.

Let me know if you have done this and it really works.
